Types of Rape Charges in Missouri

First-Degree Rape

Rape in the first degree is defined as engaging in sexual intercourse with another person who is incapacitated, incapable of consent, lacks the capacity to consent, or through the use of forcible compulsion (RSMo § 566.030). Second-Degree Rape
